He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Tison Rhine and Catherine Rhine (Poole); his brothers, Dale Wayne Rhine, Gale Dwight Rhine and Kendall Lee Rhine; his sister-in-law Mary Ludwick; and his niece Kaci Arnold.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Kopecy; his brother Donald Rhine (Patricia); his sisters-in-law, Linda Stanley of Houston, TX, Gail Rhine of Alto Pass, IL, Rita Rhine of Dallas, TX and Ruth Abbotts of Dallas, TX; and his nieces and nephews, Kendall Tison Rhine (Julie), Stephanie White (Chuck), Steven Rhine (Sumalee), Tony Rhine (Yanci), Eric Rhine, Shannon Hibner, Brandon Rhine (Sara), Paula McNiel (Jason), Dustin Rhine, Ashley Armstrong (AJ) and April Sebesta.
