He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lambert Franzen and Velma Franzen (Williams); his wife Elvera (Voelker); his children, Deidra (Rich Baker) of Brighton, Iowa, Dan Franzen (Marlee) of Arlington, VA, Dr. Douglas Franzen (Ashley) and Daryn Franzen (Carol) of Bartlett, TN.; and his grandchildren, Maggie, Marty Baker, Alexi, Abigail, Andrew Franzen, Max, Miles Franzen, Ellen and Joe Franzen.
