With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda Mae Saunders of Altamont, Illinois, born in Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on October 19, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Babbs and Leona Babbs (Lowder); her husband John Saunders; her brothers, Stanford, Scottie, Vernon and Artie Babbs; and her grandchildren, Joel, Zach Lock and Kimberly Osborn.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Spurlock (Bob), Gary Lock, Bill Murray (Marna) and David Murray (Cindy); and her grandchildren, Ben Spurlock (Kelly), Eli Lock (Brandi), Levi Lock (Shae), Nicole Draves, Kayla Childress (Brandon), Brock Murray (Jenna), Jennifer Murray, Brandon Murray (Debbie), Derek Murray and Taylor Murray (Dru Dunlap). She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
