He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn C. Francis and Hazel B. Francis (Winter); his wife Joanne D. Seaman; his brothers, Robert Francis (Lucille) and Eugene Francis; and his son-in-law Mickey Hayden.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Francis of Vandalia, Peg Wolff (Kent) of Altamont, Pat Laack (Dan) of Vandalia and Julie Nohren (Brant) of Altamont. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, Luther Terrace, or the donor's choice.
