It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard D. Howe Jr. of Altamont, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on June 22, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard D., Sr. and Holley M. Howe (Mitchell); his sister Linda Gebhart; and his son Jeremy Howe of Peoria. He is survived by: his sisters, Susan Levitt (Clark) of Altamont and Debbie Green (Roger) of Peoria; his daughter-in-law Abigail Howe of Washington, IL; his grandchildren, Sedona Howe of Bartonville, IL, Sebastian, Genevive and Augustine Howe of Washington, IL; and his pet Casper. He is also survived by many cousins and two aunts.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to E.A.R.S. or the donor's choice.
