She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Problys and Linda Problys (Luechtefeld); her husband Richard Lee Schaefer; her brother-in-law Lawrence Cervenka; and her great grandchild Bella Stock.
She is survived by: her children, Richard A. Schaefer (Sheila) of Chicago and Leslie Wendling (Michael) of Altamont; her sisters, Jan Cervenka of St. Louis, Linda Litteken (Dennis) of Highland and JoEllen Kapp (Daniel) of Highland; her grandchildren, Michele Tappendorf of Kahoka, MO, Sarah Stock (Brandon) of Altamont, Christopher Wendling (Lindsey) of Farina and Mallory Wendling of Metairie, LA; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Leah, Clara Tappendorf, Spencer, Silas, Samuel Stock, Lilly, Cooper, Violet and Roman Wendling.
CDC and IDPH guidelines with regard to COVID-19 must be followed. This includes, but is not limited to, face covering and social distancing.
