It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Dean Mercier (Altamont, Illinois), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on May 2, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Kimberly Lynn Mercier. He is survived by: his son Michael (Andrea); his grandson Gabriel of Chillicothe, Illinois.; and his sisters, Judith Koester (Ronald) of Altamont and Jane Mercier of Marissa.

Memorials may be directed to the Bethlehem Lutheran Church Steeple Fund or the choice of the donor.
