Marcella I. Zimmerman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcella I. Zimmerman of Altamont, Illinois, who passed away on March 14, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur G. Klitzing and Grace Klitzing (Beccu); her husband Albert W. Zimmerman; her siblings, Harold Klitzing (Evelyn) and Doris Klitzing; and her grandsons, Sean McCash and Tim Dawkins.
She is survived by: her children, Hardware, Alice Dawkins (Ed) and Sue Powley (Robert) of Manchester, MO; and her grandchildren, Travis Powley, Anthony Dawkins (Janessa), Rachel Porter (Adam) and Wesley Dawkins (Hillary). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, Ballard Nature Center, Sean McCash Scholarship Fund or the donor's choice.
