He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Heiser and Helen Heiser (Richert); his children, Jeremy Heiser of Altamont and Chelsie Pontious (John) of Altamont; and his sisters, Jeanie Deters (Ray) of Teutopolis, Ruth Nuxoll (William, Jr.) of Effingham and Alice Durbin of Altamont. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
