He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry "Red" and Julia Rhodes (Dial); his stepfather George Hatfield; his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Elsie Winter; his siblings, Betty Baker (Cecil), Joane Julius (Bob), Susie Goldsberry and Robert Rhodes; his sister-in-law Betty Higgs (Junior); his niece Kathleen; and his granddaughter Heather Rhodes.
He is survived by: his wife Elnor Rhodes (Winter); his children, Troy Rhodes (Tami) and Hope Carbonaro (Mike); his grandchildren, Jarrod Rodgers (Megan Bales), Nicole Gibson (Chuck), Elizabeth Rhodes and Hannah Cabonaro (Ryan Campbell); his great grandchildren, Braeden, Adelae and Leah; and his pet Molly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, his best friends.
