He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Larkin Ramsey and Lennie Ramsey (Givens); his spouse Paulean Ramsey of Altamont; his children, Kenneth Ramsey, Jr. (Patty) of Louisville, Russell Ramsey (Janet) of Altamont, Edward Ramsey of Altamont and Sandra White (Gary) of Altamont; and his sister Sandra Wendte (Howard) of Dieterich. He was also cherished by 8 great grandchildren.
