He was predeceased by: his parents, George Higgs and Harriet Higgs (Macklin); his brother David Higgs; and his nephew Mitchie Nein. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary James (Joe) of Safford, AZ, Pam Krueger (Mike), Brenda Nickelson (Doug) and Kathy Nein (Mitch); and his close friend Mike Lecrone. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
