He is survived by: his son Walter Albert Karnes (Beth) of Beecher City; his grandchildren, Josh and Ozzy Karnes; his daughters, Brittni and Sydnee Karnes; his granddaughter Lily McWhorter; his daughter Lynnette Eunice Trahan (Raoul) of Brownstown; his grandchildren, Tyler Sharp and Taylor Sharp; his great grandchildren, Arealynn and Gracie Lynn Sharp; his son Paul Marius Trahan; his stepson Damien Askew; and his brothers, Joe Karnes (Opal) of California and Stanley Karnes (Rita) of Monticello, Illinois.. He is also survived by twelve siblings with nine brothers and 2 sisters.
