We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2019, at the age of 76, David L. Ellis (Altamont, Illinois), born in Decatur, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Ellis and Clare E. Ellis (Davis); his daughter Laura Ellis; and his brother Richard Ellis. He is survived by: his spouse Allegra Ellis; his children, Michael Ellis of Altamont, Kevin Ellis (Wanda) of Altamont and Amy Ellis of Altamont; his brother Gary Ellis (Jo) of Altamont; his sister-in-law Patricia Ellis of Decatur; his aunt Dorothy Campbell of Altamont; his grandchildren, Makayla Ellis, Timber Nelson and Tabitha Parcell; and his great grandchildren, Annelise Gentry, Freya Gilley and Rayland Parcell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
