He was predeceased by: his wife Lois E. Prosser; his brothers, Dewayne Prosser and Donald Prosser (Roma Jean); and his granddaughter Angela Frailey. He is survived by: his children, Charles Prosser (Maria) of Effingham, John Prosser (Cyndi) of Normal, Nancy Frailey (Earl) of Beecher City and Jeanne Petzing (John) of Beecher City. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, Altamont or Aperion Care Activity Department, St. Elmo.
