He was predeceased by: his parents, Leohn Kessler and Violet Kessler (Dunaway); his daughter Debra Rath; and his siblings-in-law, Dean and Ruth Buzzard.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo of Altamont; his children, Daniel of Beecher City, Julie Seales (Bart) of Mason and Cindy Johnson of Altamont; his siblings, Ben Kessler of St. James, MO and Sharon Goen (Lee) of Centralia, MO; his grandchildren, Aaron Rath, Andy Rath (Jess), Jamie Goss (Larry), Brock Kessler, Jennifer Seales, Jordan Seales, Ashley Waddell (Harold), Ross Johnson (Nicole) and Tiffany Wampler (Scott); and his great grandchildren, Skylee Kocher, Cheyenne Mitchell, Bailey Goss, Garridan Goss, Arabella Rath, Milan Rath, Rocco Johnson, Rev Johnson, Carson, Kendrix Wampler, Klark, Quinn Kocher, Marlee Waddell, Weiler, Fitch, Kane and Kamry Kessler.
Memorials may be made to the Church of Christ, Woo Hoo Sisterhood or Shriners Hospital for Children.
