Bernadine V. Bloemer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2022, at the age of 94, Bernadine V. Bloemer of Altamont, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Brauer and Clara Brauer (Siegmann); and her husband Eugene Bloemer. She is survived by: her children, Vera Schroeder (Wayne) and Daniel Bloemer (Patti Young); her grandchildren, Nathan Schroeder (Tosha), Hannah Walker (Troy), Rachel Booher (Dylan), Dana Palmer (Hakeem Abiodun) and Tyler Bloemer (Marissa); and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Logan Schroeder, Morgan Ruppel (Eric), Reagan, Kinley Walker, Mabry, Keller Booher, Jade, Sky, Bryce, Cody Bloemer, Zion and Selah Abiodun. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Kinley Walker (for her transplant anniversary toy drive to St. Louis Children's Hospital), Immanuel Lutheran Church, or Effingham Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.
