He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary A. O'Farrell; his children, Tom, Gerry Phillips (Terri), Mike (Jackie) and Colleen Kohn (John); his grandchildren, Lee, Jacob, Stephanie, Allison and Kyle; and his sister Irene I. Freeman. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
