He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ford; his children, Pat Ford (Laura) and Kayla Ford; his grandchildren, Owen, Kendall and Reese; his siblings, Tom Ford (Chris), Ken Ford (Kim) and Caring; his sisters-in-law, Dawn Tomczak and Mary Evans; and also Adored.
