He is survived by: his father Jose Cardenas Garcia; his children, Anthony (Rosaura), Sergio, Alexander, Joana, Jonathan and Christian; his grandchildren, Giselle, Jimeni, Jazlyne, Sergio Jr., Mia, Alyssa and Josiah; and his siblings, Beatriz Cardenas, Baltazar Cardenas, Jose Luis Cardenas, Enedelia Cuevas, Mary Carmen Radilla, Carolina Cardenas Mondragón, Samuel Cardenas and Armando Cardenas.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Krueger Funeral Home (13050 Greenwood Ave, Blue Island, IL 60406).
