He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sanders and Della Hepworth Sanders; his wife Lana Kael White; his siblings, Mary Elizabeth Sanders, Mary Jean Castleberry, Robert Allen Sanders Sr. Luetta, Thomas Steven "Cotton" Sanders and Paul "Monk" Sanders; and his grandson Garrett L. Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Sanders of Pittsfield, David Sanders Jr. (Lorie) of Tamaroa, Tonya Sanders of Alsey and Patricia Brown (Scott) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Kristen Crossman (Aaron) of New Canton, Alex Brown (Lauren) of Winchester, Dustin Sanders of Pittsfield, Brianna Sanders of Pinkneyville, Matthew Nichols (Holly) of Pinkneyville, Jodie Hofmeister of Pinkneyville, Amanda Morey of Pittsfield, Eric Morey of Pittsfield, Aurora Piper (Tony) of Pittsfield, Maggie Sanders of Sesser, Jordan Brown of Winchester and Maddie Williams of Tamaroa; his great grandchildren, Zayn, Jayden, Brylan, Dallas, Braxton, Stella, Nova, Evie, Octavia, Collin, Oaklynd, Memphis, Phoenix, Sawyer, Lainey and Mia; and his siblings, Debra Wells (Gary) of Alsey and Charlie Sanders of Alsey.
