He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Cecil Pentland, William Lingle and Darrell Stevens. He is survived by: his mother Janice Stevens of Alpha; his sister Amanda Dykeman (Charles) of Lynn Center, Illinois; his nephews, Derek, Landon and Tyler; his father Craig Stevens; and his grandmother Carolyn Stevens of Grant City.
