He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Mathis of Galesburg, IL, Sherry DeShane (Tim) of New Windsor, IL and Penny Adams (Don) of Matherville, IL; his grandchildren, Jessica Mathis, Jason DeShane (Heather), Trent DeShane (Kayli) and Ashley Clark; his great grandchildren, Alexandria Roden, Lucy Coffey, Gwen DeShane and McKenzey DeShane; his brother Lloyd Whitsell (Margie) of Galesburg; and his son Kevin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
