He was predeceased by: his father Joel; his son Nicholas; and his half-sister Robin. He is survived by: his parent Kathryn Watson Lawson; his spouse Amy J. Wilson May; his children, Natalie, Gage and Hunter Lawson; his sister Stephanie Chevalier of Ophiem, IL; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cooper, Robin, River of Cambridge, Tyler of Ophiem, Leah of Ophiem, Joel of Ophiem, Dawson of Ophiem and Colter Chevalier of Ophiem; and also, Justin Watson (Morgan) and Kathryn Charlson (John) of Galesburg. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
