She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Montgomery and Leona Hull Montgomery; her husband Dale Phillis; her daughter Vicki Jo; and her brothers, Cliff, Derald, David and Michael.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Schnowske (Laverne) of Alpha and Chris Phillis (Stacy) of New Windsor; her siblings, Bill Montgomery (Joleen) of Orion and Cynthia Jordan (Dale) of Sherrard; and her sister-in-law Janet Montgomery of Bettendorf, Iowa. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
