It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian M. Caulkins of Alpha, Illinois, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on January 13, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Caulkins and Virginia Caulkins (Reiber). He is survived by: his children, Tory Caulkins of Rock Island, Joshua Caulkins of Oakboro and Taylor Caulkins of Alexis; his sisters, Diane Caulkins of Alpha and Rebecca Whitten (John) of Benton; and his grandchildren, Addison, Gracelynn and Aiden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
