He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Puckett of Mount Vernon; his grandchildren, Alexandria Williams (Caleb) of Salem, Illinois and Dylan Benson; his granddaughter-in-law Breanna Benson; his great grandchildren, Ayden and Ellis of Herrin, Illinois.; his sisters, Evelyn Smith (Ken) and Jean Demain; and his siblings-in-law, Jessica McCarty of Springfield, Karen McCarty and Bob Batchalor.
