She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse William and Mary Katherine Polen (Richardson); and her brothers, Michael and William Polen. She is survived by: her son Jeremy Cheesman (Tracey); her grandchildren, Tommy Joe, Autumn Renee and Ainsley Violet Cheesman; her great grandchildren, Emmalee, Dante, Grayson and Maverick; and her brother Dave Polen (Wanda). She is also survived by grandmother and great-grandmother.
