Carneal of Allendale, Illinois, born in Mount Carmel, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 66, on December 23, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Bailey Jr. and Frances Bailey (Whitten); her sister Lorrie Witsman; her daughter-in-law Michelle Wilson Potts; her niece Ashley Witsman; and her sisters-in-law, Vickie Bailey and Bonnie Bailey.

She is survived by: her husband Roger Carneal; her children, Matt Potts, Chris Potts (Samantha), Phillip Potts and Melanie Potts (Amanda); her grandchildren, Courtney, Trenton, Levi, Stetson and Madeleine Potts; her brothers, Roland Bailey III (Nancy), Jim Bailey, David Bailey (Dixie) and Bill Bailey; and her brother-in-law Ron Witsman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Cindy's memory to the family to help offset her final expenses.
