Lackey, Christopher A. Lackey (Amy) of Worden, IL and Erich J. Lackey (Kim) of Edwardsville, IL; his grandchildren, Faith M. Lackey, Drevyn James Allen and Maddox Chase Lackey; and his mother-in-law Ethel M. Hosto (Gene) of Alhambra, IL..
