He was predeceased by: his wife Esther C. Mindrup; his parents, Carl H. Mindrup and Esther A. Mindrup (Esther C. Mindrup); his children, Dale Robert Mindrup, Joyce Metzger, James Edwin Mindrup and Kenneth Mindrup; his grandson Eric Selbst; and his siblings, Harold Mindrup, Lila Reckmann, Madeline Eyman, Doris Mayfield and Anna Marie Thacker.
He is survived by: his children, Ruth Ann Monk of Manteno, IL, Dorothy Wohl of Saint Petersburg, FL, Juanita Mindrup of Mesa, AZ and John Mindrup (Merilee) of Alhambra, IL; his grandchildren, Cory Mortensen (Dennie), Tyler Mindrup, Nicole Gilley (Andy), Steven Monk (Julie), Melissa Monk, Jamie Ludwig (Russ), Billy Wohl and Jennifer Wohl; and his sister Edna Wiss of Vandalia, IL..
