With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tracy Jayko (Algonquin, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 24, 2019 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Arthur Schultz and Joann Schultz (Grzech); her husband Jeff Jayko; her brother Tony Schultz (Eileen); her niece Madeline; her nephew Nathan Schultz; and her brother Duke Schultz.
Her family requested, In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her memory to the yoga4cancer Foundation.
