She was predeceased by: her parents, Wally Frakes and Vi Frakes; and her brother Doug Frakes. She is survived by: her husband Jim Stelter; her sons, Paul Stelter of Arlington, VA and Steven Stelter of Wheeling, IL; and her sister Beverly Coenen (James) of Neenah, WI..
