He is survived by: his wife Bonita A. Dasko (Graf); his half-sister Irene Forsberg; his children, Richard and Shari (Michael Kelly); his stepchildren, Michael (Donna Ofenloch), Mark (Cheryl Ofenloch), Elizabeth (Mark Bach), Grace Krofel and Ann (David Taylor); and his sister-in-law Kathleen (James Mulson).
