He was predeceased by: his sister Tammy Steger. He is survived by: his wife Nicolette Seeley; his children, Heather Kirby (Tim) and Patrick Steger; his grandson Nevyn; his siblings, Michael Steger, Helen Hamilton, Sharon Fleischman and Davida Rhoades; and his pet Bosco D Boy.
