He is survived by: his children, Gail Fraser (Tom), Gary Slavik (Tammy) and Linda Peterson (Dave Fernekes); his grandchildren, Bridgette Caron (Asim Saif), Gary Caron (Crystal Baumann), Eric Slavik (Sarah), Michael Slavik, Tonya Sainsbury (Aaron), Scott Lucchetti (Kimberly), Lindsay Johann (Gregg), Lisa Peterson (Dan Russell) and Stephanie Peterson; his great grandchildren, Kari, Breanna, Sarina, Kinza, Adrina, Sydney, Quinn, Adeline, Scarlett, Amelia, Emma, Alex, Rylan, Brynn, Vincent, Mia and Johann; and his brother Calvin Slavik (Susan).
