He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh McGinley and Patricia McGinley; and his brother Hugh McGinley. He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his children, Jonathon McGinley (Kristie), Cassondra Kitterman (Eric), Matthew, Adam, Katherine, Joshua and Joseph McGinley; his grandchildren, Paisley, Tyler, Simon and Levi; and his siblings, Terri Terris (Ed), Judy Smith (Bob), Pat McGinley, Kathy Hennager, Dan McGinley, Tim McGinley and Erika Pietrarossa.
