He was predeceased by: his parents, Peder Vea and Serine Vea; and his siblings, Kristi, Karina, Sievert, Ingvald, Solvieg, Bjarne and Elbjorg.
He is survived by: his wife Else (Jonasen); his sister Ingfried Langvoll (Kåre); his children, Ellen Moser (Mark), Shirley Hill (Tom), Steven Pedersen (Vicki) and Erica Reining; his grandchildren, Karl Moser (Kristen), Lauren Lichterman (Chris), Derek Moser (Ashley), Tara Winterbottom (Matt), Eric Hill (Lauren), Collen, Krista Pedersen, Gavin and Serina Reining; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Ainsley Moser, Skylar, Grayson Lichterman and Emma Hill. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
