She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Kupka and Marcella Kupka (Kanter); and her daughter Courtney Wandtke. She is survived by: her husband Gary L. Wandtke; her children, Dana Wandtke (Karl Kissner), Julie Wandtke, Erica Hines (Jeff) and Amanda Lopez (Danny); and her pet Mathilda.

In honor of Nancy's memory, the family kindly requests that any desired memorials be made to her favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
