He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Hall. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his mother Marie Scholinsky; his sisters, Robin Ashby (Rick) and Gayleen Hume (David); and his sister-in-law Barbara Johnston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
