He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Mary Jane Veit (Roche); his wife Karen R. Veit (Eisemann); his daughters, Kristin Veit and Kelly Veit; his father Charles Matthew Veit (Rosanne); his sisters, Susan Ohlson (Ed) and Marlene Scheibl (Bob); his nephews, Eric Ohlson, Chuck Ohlson, Charlie Scheibl, Bobby Scheibl and Eisemann; his niece Kimberly Hoellrich (Rob); and his pet Molly.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the National Pancreatic Cancer Association would be appreciated.
