She was predeceased by: her father John Gaughan; and her brother Patrick Gaughan. She is survived by: her mother Rose Gaughan; her husband Ralph Chapman; her children, Robert Chapman (Karen), Thomas Chapman (Mishelle), Suzanne Wilson (Kyle) and Jeffery Chapman (Tammy); her grandchildren, Madeline, Benjamin, Katherine (Mark), Austin, Olivia, Renee and Carla; her great grandchildren, MJ, Ethan and Jaxson; and her siblings, John Gaughan (Kathy), Maureen Krahl (Lance), Brian Gaughan (Judy), Colleen Gaughan-Hogaboom (Dave) and Michelle Smith (Jason). She is also survived by nieces & nephews.

Most of my interactions was when I worked at SAMC on 3N/3S in Tele and I would bring and post the cardiac rhythm strips in the charts. Mary was always so pleasant. May she rest in peace in the loving arms of our Lord. Joanne Kobilarcik”
