She is survived by: her children, Jesseca Mayfield and Kody Mayfield; her granddaughter Adalyn; her parents, Robert Ballschmiede and Kay Ballschmiede (Terrell "Terry" Zaccard); her grandmother Marilyn Ballschmiede; and her sister Laura Waller (Michael). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
