With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine C. Evans (Algonquin, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 9, 2019 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lane and Josephine Dwyer Lane; her husband Robert "Bob" Evans; and her siblings, Thomas, Jane, Mary and Mabel.

She is survived by: her children, JoAnne Evans of Crystal Lake, Mary Beth of Carbondale, Bob Evans (Sue) of Cary and Eileen Kubica (Tom) of Bensenville; her grandchildren, Joe (Mary), Amber (Kyle), Colleen (Ryan), Dan (Amy), Samantha and Lisa; and her great grandchildren, Charlie, Zoey, Claire, Ryan, Anna and Maddie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the charity of donor's choice.
