We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Joseph Slovak of Algonquin, Illinois. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Joseph Slovak to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Slovak and Lucille Slovak; and his siblings, Dolores and Randy. He is survived by: his wife Judyth; his children, Jessica Bantz (Tyler), Allyson Slovak (Jeff) and Joseph Slovak; his grandchild Cayson; his sisters, Deidra Hurt (James) and Pamela Tuttle (Terry); and his friend Joe.

Interment will be private. Social distancing and masks will be our shared practice, so please, as Joe always said, don't be a maskhole.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Boxer Rebound, 4915 Ringwood Rd, Ringwood, IL 60072.
