He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Zajaczkowski and Maria Zajaczkowski (Pietrusiak); and his brother Leon Zajaczkowski. He is survived by: his wife Anna Zajaczkowska (Gandera); his children, Eugeniusz Zajaczkowski (Marianna), Alicja Rajski (Stanislaw) and Malgorzata Solis (Jaime); his grandchildren, Paulina Truchan (Jozef), Dawid Zajaczkowski (Wioleta), Sylvia Rajska (Zack Rafalowitz), Olivia Rajska, Natalia Solis (Joshua Bennici) and Krzysztof Solis; his great grandchildren, Adrian Truchan and Karol Zajaczkowski; and his brother Kazimierz Zajaczkowski.
