He is survived by: his parent Thomas Tulley; his wife Caron; his children, Morgan, Sadie, Jack and Luke; his mother Mary Ann Tulley; his siblings, Tim, Bill, John (Janet), Joe (Beth) and Maureen Evans; his stepmother Kathy; and his stepsisters, Lori Urban Jerry and Lisa Gashi.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family of James P. Tulley, to be used for his children's college education.
