He is survived by: his parent Thomas Tulley; his wife Caron; his children, Morgan, Sadie, Jack and Luke; his mother Mary Ann Tulley; his siblings, Tim, Bill, John (Janet), Joe (Beth) and Maureen Evans; his stepmother Kathy; and his stepsisters, Lori Urban Jerry and Lisa Gashi.
