She was predeceased by: her husband Casimir; her parents, Michael Kwilos and Helen Kwilos; and her siblings, Gertrude, Virginia and Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene Borkowski (James), Diane and Robert Blazek (Cheri); and her grandchildren, Erick (Jaime), Serena (Mitchell), Evan (Chelsea), Tana (Simon), Nathanael, Camden, Cecilia, Ainsley, Evelyn and Faith. She is also survived by her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
