He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Unruh and Anna Unruh (Radke); and his sister Agnes (Jake Frisbee). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his sons, Steven (Julie) and Scott (Denise); his grandchildren, Joseph, Edward, Bridget, Joshua (Michele), Lindsey (Daniel), Jelissa (Joshua) and Jacob (Emily); his great grandchildren, Ashton, Nevaeh, Ariah and Lucille; his niece Karen; and his nephew Orrin (Donna).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, Algonquin.
